I don't think you can speak with anyone in New York that couldn't tell you what they were doing as the twin towers were falling. Many of us lost family members and friends that day, but we bounced back and we must never let selfless acts like this stop us from living our lives. Today we remember the innocent lives that were lost and our first responders. @sealevelny – Follow and help support a local graphic designer!

Most of our followers experienced the traumatizing effects of Sandy. When we needed help we received it from people far and wide. Now Texas needs us and the effects of Hurricane Harvey are just beginning for the victims who live there. LB Residents have teamed up to donate goods and have a truck load of supplies shipped directly to the people who need the most help. What started as 1 truck has turned into 4! Please help fund the last two trucks by following the link in our bio. Right now volunteers are loading boxes and picking pallets at St Mary's Church. They are in need of packing tape. Anything helps! Thanks @project11561 and Christina and Tim Kramer https://www.gofundme.com/LBNY-SandySurvivorsToHelpHarvey#hurricaneharvey #relief #project11561 #lbsurf #volunteer
